Good Food, Good Life, 365 – Cocoa-licious Pudding
2 tablespoons tahini paste
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Break each banana into 3 pieces and place in work bowl of food processor fitted with S-blade. Add tahini paste and cocoa powder. Process until mixture is thick and smooth, scraping down sides of bowl once during the process.
Spoon into small bowls or espresso cups. Cover and chill until serving time. Makes 3 or 4 servings.
Pudding can be made a day to two before you plan to serve it. Just be sure it is covered tightly.
Make enough of this pudding to use as a filling for your favorite pie crust–it’s chocolate cream pie in a hurry.
