Brainerd Man Facing Felony Burglary/Stalking Charges
A 32-year-old Brainerd man is facing felony burglary and stalking charges after breaking in to an apartment in Brainerd.
Luke Wilson Ulm appeared in Crow Wing County District Court Monday on one charge of felony first-degree burglary and two charges of felony stalking being in violation of a protection order.
According to the court statement, Brainerd police were called by the victim on Friday at 6:47 p.m., stating Ulm had broken in to her apartment, and left the apartment on foot.
According to the complaint, the victim reportedly told police she came home and found Ulm on her couch, and when asked what he was doing there, he stated “Don’t call the cops.” Police later located Ulm where he was placed under arrest.
Ulm has prior convictions dating back to 2015 of interfering with an emergency telephone call on August 26, and two domestic abuse order for protection violations on June 24 and October 20.
