Inaugural Reindeer Run in Bemidji Ready to Kick Off Holiday Season

Bemidji has a new event in town that hopes to become an annual kick off for the city’s Night We Light festivities.

218 Sports will be hosting the first-ever 5K Reindeer Run this week. It’s billed as a fun run or walk for families as the holidays get underway. Participants are requested to wear their best holiday outfits to show the Christmas spirit as they run.

The Reindeer Run is this Saturday, Nov. 25 in Bemidji at 9:00 a.m., with the Kids Dash on Friday, Nov. 24 at 5:30 p.m. just before the Night We Light parade. You can register for the events on the 218 Sports website.
