Brainerd Public Utilities Workers Send Letter of Intent to Strike to City

This week, the City of Brainerd received a letter of intent to strike from International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local No. 31 Public Utility Union members. Local 31 represents about 40 employees in the Public Utilities Department.
