Crow Wing Power Offers Community Solar Project
With the interest and support from the community Crow Wing Power is offering its customers an opportunity to purchase shares of their solar garden.
The solar panels will be created by a Minnesota company called Ten K Solar, and it gives Crow Wing Power customers an opportunity to have solar energy without having to build their own.
For many of those interested in purchasing shares, it’s not about their power bill: it’s about supporting renewable energy and the impact it will have on the planet.
The contribution cost of one share is $1,300 and Crow Wing Power will take care of insurance and maintenance.
