Lakeland Currents host Bethany Wesley welcomes Rick Klun, Executive Director of Center City Housing Corporation, and Tim Flathers, Executive Director of the Headwaters Regional Development Commission. Together, they’ll discuss details of Park Place Apartments, a 60-unit supportive housing project that will be built in Bemidji to provide permanent housing for the homeless and chronic inebriate population.
