Lakeland Currents host, Ray Gildow, welcomes David Winkelman, Solar Developer with Innovative Power Systems, a renewable energy business located in St. Paul, Minnesota. Winkelman will be discussing the many changes in the commercial and residential solar energy field. New solar energy systems are getting much more efficient, more cost effective, and there are still governmental programs available to encourage the use of solar energy for everything from hot water to electricity.
