While the county doesn\u2019t have a lack of greenery, it could benefit from more variety.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve seen in the last couple of years with the different droughts and the amount of water that has come at different periods of time \u2026 that it\u2019s become tricky for maybe some of the more ornamental plants, or also trees have gotten diseases,\u201d said Melissa Barrick, Crow Wing SWCD District Manager. \u201cThis is a great opportunity for people to kind of replant, rethink what their landscape looks like.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Trees, shrubs, flowers, and seeds can be ordered on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cwswcd.org\/shop\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Crow Wing SWCD website<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Crow Wing Soil &amp; Water Conservation will be holding its annual tree and plant sale later this spring.
