Wolverines off to 11-3 Start

The success of the Wadena-Ceer Creek baseball team is marked by an 11-3 record so far this season; something they have been working towards but have finally made happen.

Not graduating any seniors the previous year, the 17-man roster is stacked with ten this season. They feel that this team finally has the experience and determination to make this program successful.

For coach, this groups of seniors is special to him because he’s seen them go full circle. They mark the first group of kids in the youth program he started eight years ago.

Even with their winning start, the teams goals are yet to be fulfilled. This squad aims to achieve 15 wins on the season and position themselves for a run in the sections tournament.
