Victim of Yesterday’s Fatal Car-Motorcycle Accident in Brainerd Named

On Thursday, April 14, at 3:38 p.m., the Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office received a call of an accident involving a motorcycle and a SUV on Wise Road near Golden Pond Drive.

The motorcycle was eastbound on Wise Road when it appears that it crossed the centerline as it was navigating a curve. The motorcycle then struck a westbound SUV. The 66-old-male driver of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver and two passengers from the SUV were transported to St. Joe’s E. R. where they were treated for possible injuries.

The motorcycle rider who died on the scene was identified as Terron Lee Dingman, 66, of Brainerd, Minn. The driver of the SUV was identified as Richelle Denise Vroman, 44, of Baxter, Minn. She had two minor passengers in the vehicle.

The Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by officers from the Brainerd Police Department, Minnesota State Patrol, along with the Brainerd Fire Department and North Ambulance.
