Verndale Boys Basketball Moves to Section Final

At the start of the 2015 season the Verndale basketball team was only sitting at a 4-7 record on the season. With the new year, a new team emerged winning ten straight games and their momentum has carried into post season play. Regardless of their outcome, the team has already made Verndale history as the second boys basketball team to make it this far in sections. They still have a chance to be the first team to ever make it to the state tournament.
