Update: Jeremy Jourdain Search Still Ongoing Investigation

Bemidji, MN – The Bemidji Police Department continues to investigate the disappearance of Jeremy Jourdain, who was last seen in the 500 Block of Wood Avenue in Bemidji at approximately midnight on October 31st.

On November 25th, the Bemidji Police Department worked with Valley Water Rescue of Moorhead Minnesota to search the south shoreline of Lake Bemidji and east side of Lake Irvine with a k-9.

Two days later the police department was assisted by the St.Louis County Sheriff’s Office during a search of the Lake Bemidji and Lake Irvine. The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office utilized a side scan sonar unit which examined the bottom of both lakes. No signs of Jourdain were located during either search.

Residents between the City of Bemidji and the City of Cass Lake are asked to check their properties and any out buildings, campers, or structures on their property.

Jourdain is described as a Native American male, 17-years-old, 6’4″ and 175 lbs with short dark brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue and grey hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.

The Bemidji Police Department asks the public if they have had contact with Jourdain since November 1st or know of his current whereabouts to please contact the law enforcement center at 218-333-9111.
