Two Teenagers Face Felony Charges

Two Minnesota teenagers are facing charges for selling and possessing marijuana, methamphetamines and other drug paraphernalia.

Elijah John Van Natter of Baxter, 19, and Bionka Bea Chamberlin of Brainerd, 19, appeared in the Crow Wing County District Court on Friday.

According to court documents, both teenagers are facing felony third-degree drug possession of 10 grams or more narcotic drug and felony fifth-degree possession of a marijuana mix.

Due to probable cause, a search warrant was issued to the 6000 block of Estate Circle Drive in Brainerd, according to court documents. 155 grams of a green leafy substance, 22.9 grams of marijuana, 22.8 grams of marijuana wax and 13.4 grams of methamphetamine were found by the Brainerd Police.

Natter admitted that the marijuana found at the residence belonged to him and that he does sell marijuana. Chamberlin stated in the document, that she owned the methamphetamine and methamphetamine paraphernalia.

Chamberlin’s hearing will be Wednesday, October 19th, at 9 A-M. Natter has not yet been scheduled an additional hearing.
