Two Killed in Thief River Falls Crash

Two people are dead following a vehicle crash in Pennington County Saturday night.

Michael Buckley, 33, of Fargo and Amber Danzeisen, 25, of West Fargo, were killed in the accident.

According to Highway Patrol, Buckley was driving a 2000 Toyota Camry west on County Road 3 when he went through a stop sign and was struck on the passenger side by a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country van. The van was driven by 27-year-old Rachel Pearce of Andover.

One other passenger in the Toyota, Kie Schultes, 1, of West Fargo, was seriously hurt.

Two passengers in the van, Julian Pearce, 3, and Emmerick Pearce, 0, also of Andover, received non life-threatening injuries.

The Minnesota State Patrol said the crash happened around 8 P.M. Saturday.
