Two people are injured after a SUV crashed into a Papa Murphy’s pizza shop window in Hibbing, the Hibbing Fire Department reports.

The Hibbing fire and police officials responded to a vehicular crash report on 9th Avenue West at around 6 p.m. Tuesday. A SUV jumped the curb and crashed through the window, injuring a woman in the store. The driver is possibly injured as well, fire officials say.

The woman suffered cuts from the broken glass and was treated on scene. She was transported to a medical center in Hibbing.

The store windows are now boarded up and business is expected to be back in running today. No significant property damages were reported.

The fire department and medical units were on the scene for about 40 minutes. The cause of the crash is still under investigation by the police.
