Three People Charged for Drugs, Firearms, and Child Endangerment in Brainerd

Brainerd, MN – Last Friday at 9 a.m., the Lakes Area Drug Investigative Division (LADID) executed a search warrant at a residence on the 8000 block of Wetherbee Road and found approximately 1/2 ounce of methamphetamine along with firearms.

The search warrant was directly connected to an ongoing investigation into the sale and distribution of methamphetamine in the Crow Wing County area.

Tracy Aanerud, 28, Brainerd; Norman Olson III, 38, Ironton; and Nicole Olson, 31, Brainerd, have been charged with second degree sale of controlled substance, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, possession of firearm by a felon and child endangerment.

According to a press release from the Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office, agents also found that there were two young children living at the house.

The children have since been placed in emergency foster care.
