Thief River Falls Man Charged After Body Found In Home Following Suspected Arson

A 23-year-old Thief River Falls Man is charged with second-degree intentional homicide and first-degree arson after firefighters recovered the body of a woman in a home they suspect was set on fire.

Devon Pulczinski was charged today in Pennington County in connection with the death of 23-year-old Alexandra Jo Ellingson. The medical examiner has determined the cause and manner of Ellingson’s death to be homicide due to asphyxiation.

Pulczinski is being held in the Pennington County Jail on $1 million bond with conditions or $10 million without conditions.
