The City of Baxter Opens Roundabout

This was the year of Road Construction in the city of Baxter. In May they began construction on their first roundabout on Isle drive. Today they held a ribbon cutting to celebrate its opening.

Before the roundabout the traffic on the road was very congested and chaotic

So far residents are pleased with the results and traffic is flowing smoothly.
