The Brainerd American Legion Is Preparing For Their Big Community Thanksgiving

For over nine years the Brainerd American Legion has been participating in the community Thanksgiving meal. This year they are expecting to feed over 600 people.

They have been preparing for the big meal for over a week.

So, what’s on the menu?

Of course, the turkey, which is being prepared by volunteer cook Dewayne Collins who said that it’s being prepared with love.

The community Thanksgiving dinner will begin at 11 a.m. at the Brainerd Legion.
