Swedish Festival Of Lights Illuminates Holiday Season
The annual Sankta Lucia Fest marks the start of the Christmas celebrations in Swedish culture. The Bemidji affiliate of the American Swedish Institute hosts the traditional event with a full feast and ceremony each year.
