Staples-Motley Football Shuts Out Pine River-Backus on Homecoming Night

In football, it’s Week 5 and homecoming for Staples-Motley on Friday. The Cardinals were looking to remain undefeated hosting Pine River-Backus.

Staples-Motley went on to put away Pine River-Backus 50-0, extending their win streak to five. Eli Rutten led the way to 136 yards in the air and two touchdowns.
