Snowmobile Event in Pequot Lakes Cancelled – Lakeland News Sports – January 16, 2015

It has been a tradition in Pequot Lakes for 20 years. But this weekend, due to a lack of snow and a cut back on the number of events, the Antique Snowmobile Rendezvous was forced to cancel its events in Pequot Lakes due to a lack of snow.
The free event has brought visitors from around the Snow Belt and parts of the northern United States and Canadian providences. However this winter’s weather hasn’t just impacted the antique snowmobilers, but also most snow recreators.

Guenther says he hopes next year will bring enough snow for the Antique Snowmobile Rendezvous to be big enough to make up for this year’s cancelation.
