Senate Majority Leader Paul Gazelka Discusses His Plans For His New Role

After the November 8th election where Senator Gazelka was re-elected to represent District 9, he has had an additional reason to celebrate after being named the new Senate Majority Leader.

Since the Republicans have taken control of Minnesota’s Senate they are choosing to put health care and tax relief as their top priorities.

With Republicans holding the majority by one vote Gazelka says that they will work even hard to find middle ground.

Any changes to health care will need approval of Governor Mark Dayton.
