Rollover Crash Sends Pierz Woman To The Hospital

A 21 year-old Pierz woman was sent to the hospital after she lost control of her Toyota Tundra and rolled over while traveling on Highway 371 on the morning of Wednesday, April 3rd.

Kaitlyn Kelm of Pierz was heading south on Highway 371 just south of Baxter when her Tundra rolled over at approximately 6 a.m. The Minnesota State Patrol reports that the roads were slippery and icy at the time of incident and Kelm was not wearing a seat belt.

Luckily, Kelm’s injuries are non-life threatening, and she was brought to the Essentia Health St. Joseph’s Medical Center for treatment.
