Residents of Northern Township Near Bemidji Speak Out at Incorporation Hearing

The contested boundary trial between Northern Township and the City of Bemidji began on Monday this week. The public comment portion of the hearing happened Tuesday night at the Beltrami County Fairgrounds, with most Northern Township residents who spoke publicly at the meeting being in favor of incorporating into a city.
