Representatives Hear Student Debt Issues

Minnesota is a state that has its own serious student debt issues.

Tuition in the state was frozen several years ago, but there are other reasons for students to be concerned, from high textbook costs to caring for children.

At a roundtable on the BSU campus, state representatives John Persell and Paul Thissen heard the problems Ostby and other students face. They’ll take what they learned back to the Minnesota state house.
