REO Speedwagon Holds Concert at Bemidji’s Sanford Center

Iconic American rock band REO Speedwagon took their talents to Bemidji’s Sanford Center recently for a concert on March 21st.

The group was first formed in 1967 and has cemented itself as a pop culture icon with memorable songs like “Take It on the Run,” and “Keep on Loving You.” The night’s show featured these works, as well as several other fan-favorite songs throughout the band’s 57-year career.

“Having people know our songs as well as they do is really fun, because we get to stand up on stage and basically play a show with the entire audience singing along with us, you know?” said REO Speedwagon lead vocalist Kevin Cronin prior to the show. “We’re glad to be here, we like to bring our music to everywhere we can, we’ll be rocking!”

The concert also featured a performance by country rock band Levon that served as an opening act for REO Speedwagon.
