Relief For Flood Victims On Its Way
Individuals in southern Minnesota affected by heavy rains and flooding in September will receive aid.
Gov. Mark Dayton’s office says a federal agency has reversed its initial decision. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has approved individual assistance.
Dayton appealed FEMA’s original decision that denied individual assistance. President Barack Obama declared a major disaster in Minnesota after Dayton’s request last month.
