Red Lake Man Convicted of Sexual Abuse of a Minor Under 15

A 35-year-old Red Lake man has been convicted of one count of sexual abuse of a minor.

A federal jury found Matthew Thomas McGregor guilty following a four-day trial. According to court documents and evidence presented at trial, McGregor groomed and sexually assaulted a minor victim who was under the age of 15.

McGregor will be sentenced at a later date.
