Public Shouldn’t Worry After Loud Explosion Heard In Hubbard County

The Hubbard County Sheriff’s Office received a phone call about a loud explosion at around 7:30 p.m. in the 200 block of 79th Ave Farden Township.

County Hubbard Sheriff Cory Aukes said the sound came from people who were shooting Tannerite. He said that Tannerite can be purchased at any sporting goods store and is mixed in with two things. According to Sheriff Aukes, the people shooting probably mixed the Tannerite with multiple containers. Sheriff Aukes said Tannerite is legal but that people abuse it.
