This documentary features the 2011 Lake Bemidji Dragon Boat Festival. The Lake Bemidji Dragon Boat festival began in 2006 and The Bemidji Rotary Club and the Bemidji Area Chamber of Commerce have partnered to host this annual event, which draws thousands of spectators and paddlers to downtown Bemidji each August.
