Pet Owners Are Advised to Bring Pets Indoors During Winter Months

Most individuals enjoy being warm and indoors this time of year. However some forget that their pets appreciate the warmth as well. Although,  pets love playing outside they should be inside during the cold temperatures.

The animal population in the Brainerd Lakes area has fluctuated recently resulting in more stray animals.

If these animals are left outside in these current temperatures the results could be deadly.

The Heartland Animal Rescue team in Brainerd advised that if you see any strays struggling in the cold temperatures drop them off at your local rescue.
