Park Rapids Girls’ Volleyball Gets 1st Victory Against Nevis Since 2019

Nevis girls’ volleyball made it all the way to the Section 5A championship last year before falling short of their ultimate goal of making the state tournament.

Meanwhile, Park Rapids finished last year 12-17, their best season since COVID, and in that same time, they have yet to beat Nevis. For their fourth straight season, the Tigers and Panthers opened the season playing one another, with Nevis as the host.

Park Rapids would take the match 3-0, their first victory against the Tigers since 2019, snapping a three-game win streak.
