Organizers Get Ready For Annual Arts Of The Earth Festival

It’s a celebration of both the arts and Mother Nature. The second annual Arts of the Earth Festival will be held at BSU Saturday, April 27 to Sunday, April 28 from 10 AM to 4 PM.

This weekend-long festival will be taking place all around Hobson Memorial Union. The event will have live music, poetry readings, dance competitions, children activities, and art. Organizers are expecting a big turnout this year.

“It’s a really exciting event that is going to unite community members and the students here at the BSU campus,” student designer Michelle Holbeck said. “I really admire that about the event and I also think it’s a great way to unite art and design and science, environmental science, and I just love that sort of unity on our campus.”
