Northwoods Adventure: Swim Therapy

Parents always want to be there for their children, no matter what. After Rachel Vrudny, 56, had two strokes in 2011 and another only six weeks later, her father Paul, 87, knew how to help her.

Paul used to be a physical education teacher and knew the basic skills of therapy to help his daughter feel better.

Rachel is legally blind and physically limited because of the strokes, but the water allows her to work her muscles and move freely.
