Northwoods Adventure: StreetSmart Teen Driving Course

Learning how to take control of a car skidding across gravel is just one of the many skills taught during the Brainerd International Raceways’s defensive drive course for teens.

Starting this program eight years ago, it’s creation was a result of a tragedy that was a shock to Curtis and his family.

He now helps provide the tools and knowledge to make teens better drivers, something other parents are trying to accomplish as well.
