Northwoods Adventure – Snowless in Minnesota

Sleepless in Seattle? More like snow-less in Minnesota. And although the lack of snow has made getting around easier, area groups and their events have suffered. Two events in particular have been the Pequot Lakes Brush Pilots Antique Snowmobile Rendezvous, and the Northland Arboretum’s Lumberjack jaunt. The events have run for 20 and 17 years, respectively, and this is the first time either has been postponed or cancelled. But Kilian says the key to weathering the snow-less storm lies with the local citizens.
