Northwoods Adventure-Master Naturalist Course

In this week’s Northwoods Adventure, Shane Lee has his first encounter with a wild black bear. Ospreys, an eagle, and a porcupine also make appearances during the Minnesota Master Naturalist Class’s field trip to Camp Ripley. The class aims to teach students about natural history, environmental interpretation, and conservation stewardship. The trip helped students develop their ability to observe nature.
