Northwoods Adventure: Curling Club Association
It’s the fall season for curling at the Curling Club Association in Brainerd, and this club is celebrating their tenth year anniversary this season.
The club used to rent ice time at arenas in Crosby and Brainerd, but with a generous donation they were able to build their own building in 2012.
Now teams have more time to practice their sport and the community is welcome to come in to learn.
Open ice times are Saturday’s from noon to 2 p.m. The current fall season will end next month but the next season will begin in January and run until April.
