New Records Management System Incoming for Crow Wing County Law Enforcement

There is a new records management system in the works for law enforcement in Crow Wing County. Earlier this month, the county board approved a contract for the updated system which would also be the first in the state.

Crow Wing County’s records management system isn’t just used for every dispatch 911 call, as nine separate local police departments also depend on it.

The expected rollout date for the new system is January 2027.
