New Criminal Sexual Conduct Charges Against A Clearwater County Man

A 36-year-old Clearwater County man charged with criminal sexual conduct is facing three new charges, according to an amended criminal complaint.

According to the amended criminal Complaint, 36- year- old Andrew George Damann is now facing three new charges. He was originally charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct with a victim younger than 13 — one in the first degree and one in the second — and one count of possession of child pornography.

Damann is now charged with an additional count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim younger than 13, and two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.

After police issued a warrant following an investigation, Damann was arrested at his father’s home near Shevlin on July 25^th.
