Madden’s Resort Under Construction to Re-build Voyageur Building

Back in November the once standing Voyageur building had been completely demolished. Today however, a building structure now stands at Madden’s Resort; part of their storm recovery construction.

The two identical buildings are part Madden’s re-building process to cost just north of $13 million dollars.

The building which was already in to the process of updating will still be able to add that modern touch featuring 36 new guest accommodations.

And the Voyageur building makes up about $3.5 million of the total construction investment Madden’s has made after the storm damage, but guest can expect the building to be completely finished come this may.

Thuringer expects the project to be complete May fourth when the resort is fully occupied.
