The State of Wolves in Minnesota is a documentary produced for Lakeland PBS by Ray Gildow and Mitch Albers in cooperation with the University of Minnesota’s Voyager Wolf project and The Wildlife Science Center in Stacy, Minnesota.  The documentary features wolves in their natural setting in the Voyagers National Park and wolves in captivity at the Wildlife Science Center.  The wolves at the Science Center are rescue animals that provide researchers with valuable information regarding wolf behavior, genetics, and disease.  The video from the Voyager National Park features never before seen footage of wolves hunting beaver, fishing for suckers and rearing young pups.  The State of Wolves in Minnesota is a must-see video for anyone interested in wolf behavior!
