Little Falls Man In Custody For Stealing A Truck And An ATV

According to the Morrison County Sherriff’s Office Bryce Tschida of Little Falls has been arrested and is currently in custody for stealing a truck and an ATV from two different residences in Pike Creek Township, just west of Little Falls.

According the Sheriff’s Office at approximately 6:57 p.m. someone reported their 2010 Polaris ATV had been stolen from their shed. Shortly after that report the Sheriffs Office also received a theft report of a 2-ton Chevy chipper truck from the same area.

Both the chipper truck and the ATV were located on October 5th, abandoned in separate locations. According to the Sheriff’s Office, they believed Tschida originally stole the chipper truck and got it stuck in a field. The suspect then abandoned the truck and stole the ATV. Morrison County Deputies received a photo from a citizen’s trail, which showed the suspect driving the ATV near the location it was stolen. A witness also came forward and told deputies that Tschida was riding the ATV when he stopped at his residence to ask for directions.

Tschida was later found in Little Falls and is being held in the Morrison County Jail pending formal charges.
