Level 3 Sex Offender Relocates In Brainerd City Limits

A level three offender has relocated in the in the Brainerd City Limits as homeless according to the Brainerd Police Department.

Terrance Lee Lindmark, 58, reported to the Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Department that he is registering as homeless. The news release said he will be homeless in the area of Laurel Street near East River Road.

He has a history of sexual contact with male and female victims between the ages of four and 10. Contact included penetration with victims that were known to him. Force was used to gain compliance.

Lindmark is not new to the community and has lived in the Brainerd area in the past.

The Brainerd Police Department wants to remind people that Lindmark is not wanted by the police at this time. They also asks the public to report any criminal activity by this offender or any other individual by calling 911.
