Level 3 Predatory Offenders Moving to Brainerd and Merrifield

Crow Wing County Sheriff Todd Dahl announced that a level 3 Predatory Offender will be moving to residence in rural south Brainerd. Christopher Robert Roehl, 52, will be moving to a residence on Estate Circle Drive, in Brainerd.

Sheriff Dahl reports that Roehl has lived at this residence in the past and so there will not be a community notification meeting. Offender has a history of sexual contact with minor male victims (age 9-12). Contact included sexual touching. Offender was known to victims.

Another level 3 Predatory Offender will be moving to a residence located in the Merrifield, MN area. Brandon Keith Churchill, 32, will be moving into a residence located in the area of CR #3 and Birchem Circle. Churchill has lived at this residence in the past.

Offender has a history of sexual contact with adolescent female victims (age 12-15). Force was used to gain compliance. Offender was known to victims.
