Knutson Dam Replacement Project Set to Begin

Wednesday will mark the closing of the Knutson Dam Recreation area, which includes the campsite, fishing dock and boat launch.

Workers will be starting to demolish and replace the existing Knutson Dam, as it’s in need of some updates.

The work is expected to cost just under $1 million dollars, and should last for about two months, as long as weather conditions are favorable.
