Judy Garland’s Ruby Slippers Still Missing Almost a Decade Later

It’s been ten years since the night that Judy Garland’s red ruby slippers in the classic film “The Wizard of Oz,” were stolen at a museum in Grand Rapids.

The museum is dedicated to her and all of her work.

Now, an anonymous individual from Arizona has come forward, offering one million dollars as a reward if someone brings the slippers back.

The Grand Rapids Police Department is involved in the investigation, and they are responsible for making sure that if and when those slippers are turned in, that they are authentic.

If found, the anonymous person says that he will be giving the funds to keep the museum going.
