JPB Approves Two Resolutions For Two Construction Projects

Former Pepper Corn Restaurant, currently known as Four Point Grille & Bar.

The Four Point Grille and Bar will soon be a distant memory for some.

Wednesday the Greater Bemidji Joint Planning Board approved an application submitted by Bemidji Motel, LLP, to demolish the Four Point Grille and Bar that used to be known as Pepper Corn. The plan is to construct a smaller building that will house a drive through restaurant that has yet to be named.

The new building will be 2,200 square feet, a reduction in size from the current 5,800 square feet.

Trek North Charter School

The other resolution approved was for  an interim use permit for Naylor Property Management who owns the Trek North Charter School.  The permit allows Trek north to expand with an additional building to house K-12 classes.
