Initiative Foundation Names New President

For three decades under the leadership of one woman the Initiative Foundation has provided grants, business financing, and leadership programs that empower communities.

After 30 years of leading the foundation and investing over $81 million into the region Gaalswyk is now passing the baton to a former chief operating officer of the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Varilek a true believer of philanthropy is hoping to use his new role to strengthen the community.

Varilek will officially take over the duties for president on January 3^rd.
